SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on the next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Rg3hair provides FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders including Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.

 

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on Rg3hair.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, contact us before place the orders.

Delivery and Responsibility Clause:

Upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier's tracking system to the address specified by the customer, responsibility for the purchased items transfers from RG3 Hair to the customer. RG3 Hair ensures that all items are securely handed over to the carrier and are adequately insured until the point of delivery.

Delivery Confirmation: The delivery of items is confirmed through tracking information provided by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment through these tracking services to ensure they are available to receive their purchase upon arrival.

Liability for Lost or Stolen Packages:

RG3 Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered to the specified address by the carrier. In the event of a missing package upon arrival, the customer is advised to file a police report and contact the carrier to investigate the issue. RG3 Hair will provide necessary assistance to facilitate communication with the carrier but holds no liability for replacement or compensation once the delivery is confirmed.

Insurance Claims:

For packages insured through RG3 Hair or the carrier, claims must be filed directly with the responsible insurance provider. RG3 Hair will assist in providing any necessary documentation for such claims but is not responsible for the outcome of the insurance claim.
